Modern States offers a free, online self-paced review for all CLEP candidates. Candidates who complete the review are eligible for a voucher to cover the cost of the exam and the NCC administrative processing fee. https://modernstates.org/
Before registering, and paying the $50 administrative for your CLEP exam, CLEP candidates must create an account with The College Board. https://clep.collegeboard.org When registering for the exam through the College Board website, do not choose the remote option. NCC does not support the remote option.
If you received the Modern State voucher, use the voucher to pay the CLEP test fee. If not, pay the $95 CLEP test fee with a credit or debit card to the College Board. After you register, you will receive a CLEP Exam Registration Ticket. Bring that ticket on the day of testing.
