The ideal deep-water impact-free workout for all levels. This class focuses on jogging as well as full body conditioning while allowing exercisers to keep their head and shoulders out of the water. A floatation belt is provided with optional hand fins for added resistance if desired.

Access to the swimming pool is through the respective men/women locker rooms in the lower level of the P (PhysEd) Building.
ONLY OFFICIALLY REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA.
No personal items to be left on the pool deck. Please leave personal belongs in your vehicle or bring a lock to use the lockers.
