This program is excellent for those individuals recovering from an injury, physical limitations, or those new to water exercise. All the benefits of water resistance combined with a full body workout. No swimming skills are needed since the course is taught in a four-foot deep pool.
Please note the following:
Access to the swimming pool is through the respective men/women locker rooms in the lower level of the P (PhysEd) Building.
ONLY OFFICIALLY REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA.
No personal items to be left on the pool deck. Please leave personal belongs in your vehicle or bring a lock to use the lockers.
